Victor O'Donnell to Face John Troyer in Main Event of March 14th Hardrock MMA Event

From information given to me today by Hardrock MMA promoter and women's MMA fighter Vanessa Bohleber, I can report that the main event of Hardrock MMA's March 14th show in Elizabethtown, Kentucky will feature a professional match between Team Vision's Victor O'Donnell (5-0) and Louisville MMA's John Troyer (8-2).




O'Donnell (Pictured Left) recently defeated Neal Craft via first-round KO at ICF: Shattered. Troyer (Pictured Right), a HOOKnSHOOT and Revolution Fight League veteran is coming off back-to-back losses after starting his pro career off with eight straight victories, all by TKO or submission.

The March 14th event is scheduled to feature seventeen total fights -- two professional and fifteen amateur. Also scheduled to fight on the card is Nate Jolly, who recently bested Johnny Cardona in a Fight of the Night performance at the recent XFC 7: School of Hard Knox. Fighters from teams ETown Beatdown, Louisville MMA, and 4 Seasons will all look to improve on their records in what is sure to be an exciting card with a great headline fight.

Over 30 fighters will enter the cage at the Elizabethtown National Guard Armory on Saturday March 14th to further their rankings in local fight promotion Hardrock MMA. In addition to the many top level amateur fights taking place that night there will be two professional bouts, one featuring Louisville MMA's own John Troyer and ICF regular Victor O'Donnell. Troyer, who has an impressive win loss record of 8-2, is ready to perform in the main event against undefeated O'Donnell who is scheduled to fight UFC vet Shonie Carter later this year. In the undercard Etown Beadown's Chris Biddle defends his 185 lb. title, AJ Jenkins competes for the the vacant 170 lb belt and 13 year old Landon Morgan will shock the audience with his remarkable skills in an exhibition grappling match.
